Are these the licensed/validated versions?
Yes. mePro uses the original validated versions of public-domain instruments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.) and has licensing agreements for proprietary ones (Y-BOCS, BDI-II).
Can I create my own intake form?
Yes. Use the form builder to create any custom intake, consent, or screener. Save it to your practice library.
Will clients on the mobile app see assessments?
Yes. Assessments delivered to mobile-app clients appear as in-app tasks with reminders. Web-only clients get a secure link.
Can I see practice-wide outcome trends?
Yes — Analytics & Reports includes aggregate outcome reporting across your caseload, useful for supervision, payor reporting, or research.
How often should I administer recurring assessments?
MBC literature recommends PHQ-9 / GAD-7 every 4 sessions, PCL-5 every 8, ORS/SRS each session. mePro defaults match these but you can tune per client. Most practices start with the defaults and adjust as they see what's clinically useful.
Can I build my own intake or in-house screener?
Yes. The form builder supports text fields, multiple choice, scales (Likert, VAS), file upload, signature capture, and conditional logic. Save custom forms to your practice library and assign them like any standardized instrument.
