Practice Management

The outcomes data, plotted automatically.

Measurement-based care is the most-studied driver of better therapy outcomes — and the hardest to operationalize. mePro makes it automatic: standardized assessments on schedule, scored as they come in, trends visualized alongside the work you're doing.

Evidence-grounded

MBC is the strongest evidence-based way to improve therapy outcomes. mePro makes it operationally invisible.

On schedule, automatically

Set the cadence (PHQ-9 every 4 sessions, etc.) once. mePro sends, scores, and surfaces results forever after.

Engages clients

Clients see their own progress. Tangible improvement drives engagement and retention.

How it works

Three steps from sign-up to value.

1

Set cadences per client

PHQ-9 every 4 sessions, GAD-7 every 6, etc. Defaults work for most cases.

2

Assessments fire automatically

Sent before sessions per your cadence. Client completes, score lands in chart, trend updates.

3

Use trends in your work

Look at trends before each session. Discuss with clients. Adjust treatment plan when scores shift.

What's measurement-based care?

MBC is the practice of using standardized assessments routinely to inform treatment. Research consistently shows 30-50% better outcomes for therapists who use MBC vs those who don't.

Which instruments are best to use routinely?

PHQ-9 (depression), GAD-7 (anxiety), ORS/SRS (general working alliance + outcome), PCL-5 (trauma). mePro recommends defaults per presenting issue.

Do clients mind doing assessments?

Most clients appreciate it — they see their progress concretely. The brief instruments (PHQ-9, GAD-7) take 2-3 min and become routine.

Does this support insurance reporting?

Yes — many insurers now require ROM data for ongoing authorization. mePro generates the reports they need.

Can I track outcomes for couples or family clients?

Yes. For couples, each partner completes their own assessments and trends are visible side-by-side in the shared chart. Family work supports per-member assessments and aggregate family-system measures (e.g., McMaster FAD).

Are the instruments culturally validated?

Each instrument's validation populations are documented in the library — PHQ-9 broadly validated across cultures, others more US/European. The library flags when an instrument's validity may be limited for your client population.
