Can I customize the AI-drafted notes that automations create?

Yes. Note drafts use your template and voice. They go to your inbox for sign-off — never auto-sign to the chart.

What if I want to pause automations during vacation?

Toggle 'practice pause' from settings. All automations suspend gracefully until you return. Resumed without disruption.

Can workflows trigger external systems?

Yes — through Zapier or direct webhooks. Send data to your accounting software, CRM, email marketing, etc.

Is there a limit on how many workflows I can have?

No practical limit. Most practices run 5-12 active workflows. Group/Clinic plans can run 100+.

Can I test a workflow before turning it on for real clients?

Yes — every workflow has a 'simulate' mode. Pick a recent session, run the workflow against it, and see exactly which steps would have fired without sending anything to the client. Activate once you're satisfied.

What happens if a step in a workflow fails?

Failed steps retry up to 3 times with backoff, then log as 'failed' and surface in your alerts inbox. The rest of the workflow continues with steps that don't depend on the failure. You decide whether to retry manually.
