Which calendar integrations are best?
Google Calendar is most popular and fully two-way. Outlook is also fully supported. iCal is supported for read (events from iCal block availability) but doesn't write back.
Do you support Stripe Connect for group practices?
Yes — Stripe Connect supports per-therapist payouts in group practices, with practice-level admin fees. Available on Group/Clinic plans.
Can I use my own SMS sending number?
By default mePro sends from our pooled numbers (faster setup). On Group/Clinic plans, you can connect your own Twilio account for branded sender IDs.
Is there a public API?
Group/Clinic plans include read-only API access for reporting and BI integration. Write APIs available on enterprise plans for custom workflows.
What if there's an integration I need that you don't have?
On Group/Clinic plans, we'll consider custom integration requests. Zapier handles most long-tail integrations today (5,000+ apps). For larger practices needing direct API integration with proprietary tools, contact us — we've built custom integrations for specific clinics.
How often do integrations sync data?
Calendar sync is real-time (push notifications). Payment processor sync is real-time. Accounting (QuickBooks, Xero) syncs hourly by default, with on-demand manual sync available. Custom sync schedules supported on Group/Clinic plans.
